Bispham Campus Landscaping Scheme
Main campus entrance landscaping scheme to improve visual aesthetics and student accessibility.
Fleetwood Nautical Campus
New build specialist marine engineering teaching facility for a local college. Leeming Associates acted as a lead consultant including building design services up to RIBA Stage 2 and management of the design and build procurement process up to Main Contractor appointment. Leeming Associates then acted as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Contracts Administrator at construction stage until completion.
